About Beth
I’m Beth Flora, a licensed real estate agent serving the Oregon Coast, including Cannon Beach, Seaside, Gearhart, Warrenton, and Astoria.
I work with buyers, sellers, second-home owners, and investors, offering clear pricing guidance and a practical, low-pressure approach to real estate.
A lifelong Oregonian with deep roots on the coast, I’m grateful to call this beautiful stretch of shoreline home. From early morning rides on my beach cruiser along the Seaside Prom, to strolling local art galleries, hiking Tillamook Head, surfing Short Sands, and taking in our unforgettable sunsets, I believe the North Oregon Coast offers a way of life that is both grounding and inspiring — shaped by the sea, the seasons, and its vast beauty, paired with a strong sense of community.
With decades of service-driven experience, including years as a business owner and professional serving senior-care communities, I bring a thoughtful, client-first mindset to real estate.
Buying or selling a home requires clarity, precision, and trust. I offer deep local market knowledge, a strong grasp of investment strategy, and confident negotiation skills, while remaining approachable, thoughtful, and relationship-driven throughout the process.
I work with buyers and sellers across a range of coastal properties, including full-time residences, second homes, ocean-adjacent retreats, and profitable vacation investments, always with your goals and next chapter in mind. My clients value clear communication, local insight, and a calm, steady presence from start to finish.
I’m proud to be affiliated with Duane Johnson Real Estate in Cannon Beach, the #1 office on the North Oregon Coast since 1990. This highly respected boutique brokerage brings decades of experience and a collaborative team that supports both my work and my clients at every step. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Clatsop Association of Realtors®.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me enjoying the everyday rhythm of coastal life — biking along the Seaside Promenade, hiking Tillamook Head, wandering through art and antique galleries, and never missing the area’s award-winning bakeries, ice cream, and candy shops. I love time at the beach, long sunset walks with my two pugs, Ed and Dan, and even started surfing later in life. From razor clamming in season to quiet mornings by the water, this special community has a way of grounding you.
The North Oregon Coast offers a unique mix of classic beach cottages, thoughtfully restored historic homes, elegant oceanfront estates, and newer builds designed to embrace light, views, and indoor-outdoor living. There is a relaxed, understated charm here — where luxury meets immense natural beauty and a rich coastal history. These are homes meant to be lived in, shared, and enjoyed, whether full-time, seasonally, or as long-term investments.
For fun, I have a deep appreciation for Oregon’s legendary craft beers, wines, and coastal cuisine — from fresh Chinook salmon and razor clams to Oregon Dungeness crab pulled straight from local waters and served with flair at beloved coastal spots. From spotting elk along the shoreline to gathering for cherished community events like Cannon Beach’s historic Sandcastle Contest, the Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament, Fourth of July celebrations, and holiday traditions, life here is rich with connection.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore the coast or ready to make a move, I’d love to help you navigate what’s next — and to build a relationship that goes well beyond the transaction..
